In this paper, the numerical simulation of molten pool dynamics in laser deep penetration welding aluminum alloys was established based on FLUENT 19.0 software. The three-dimensional transient behavior keyhole and flow field at different speeds were analyzed, influence speed obtained. results indicated that generation spatters directly related to fluctuation diameter size middle keyhole. When increased by a certain extent, occurred. occurred, became smaller. addition, 9 m/min larger than 3 6 m/min. spatter formed included: created an inclined liquid column behind keyhole; splash vertical small particles splashed front With increase speed, tendency form weaker. min, only obliquely upward appeared surface Compared with m/min, maximum velocity obviously higher.
